Job DescriptionGreeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to dischargeAnswering phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying current personal and financial informationMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school degree or equivalentExcellent in-person and phone customer serviceProficient in Word or ExcelClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skills Be available for a full-time/part-time schedule, Monday - Friday, some morning shifts and 2 - 3 afternoon/evening shifts (30-39 Hour work week)Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer servicePrevious experience working in a medical receptionist role is preferred but not required.
