Job Description

In the role of Treatment Coordinator, you will be essential in managing patient interactions and ensuring smooth office operations. Reporting to the office manager, you will utilize your core skills in medical administrative support and patient service to facilitate appointments and maintain medical records. Your strong communication and organizational skills will enhance patient experiences, while your leadership abilities will help guide the front desk team. With expertise in dental terminology and relevant software systems, you will contribute significantly to the efficiency and success of our dental practice. Must be proficient with Treatment plannning, collection, posting patient/insurance payments, and claim follow up. Please only send resume if you qualify for the following:
  • 3 or more years of treatment coordination experience
  • Experience in PPO insurance, patient recalls, insurance billing follow up
  • All aspects of front office admin in a dental office.
  • Great communication, leadership skills, Organization and the ability to multi-task. And work independently
