Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant to lead our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you'll balance hands-on PTA care with clinic operations, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment and a seamless patient experience. You will supervise and schedule staff, manage daily workflows, support referrals and authorizations, and uphold documentation and compliance standards. At CORA, you'll join a collaborative, patient-first team with access to mentorship, continuing education, and growth opportunities while helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence in a supportive, community-focused setting. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic to ensure safe, efficient, patient-first care Provide direct PTA clinical care, following evidence-based plans of care under PT supervision Lead, schedule, and mentor clinical and support staff to meet productivity and quality goals Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with payer, regulatory, and company standards Monitor clinic metrics, patient outcomes, and satisfaction; implement improvement initiatives Foster a collaborative, respectful culture aligned with CORA's mission and values Coordinate with referring providers, payers, and community partners to support patient access Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical team members Required Skills Outpatient physical therapy treatment Treatment planning and progression Clinical documentation and EMR use Staff scheduling and supervision Clinic operations management Patient evaluation support and reassessment Insurance and authorization coordination Quality and outcomes monitoring Patient and family education Interdisciplinary team collaboration
