Full Job Description Description:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the daily administrative and operational management of the South Florida psychiatric clinic. This position is non-clinical and provides leadership to ensure that patients receive high-quality care experiences across in-person, telemedicine, and contracted services. The Clinic Manager maintains compliance with regulatory standards, oversees staff accountability, and ensures smooth day-to-day clinic operations in alignment with Turnwell mission and organizational goals. This role is performed on-site in a clinic setting, with routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers. The position requires regular interaction with staff, providers, patients, and external partners.
Requirements:
Leadership & Supervision Directly supervise clinic administrative staff and provide oversight of clinic operations. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and enforce organizational policies. Maintain a positive, professional, and ethical work environment. Operations Management Manage scheduling, patient flow, telehealth coordination, and front-office activi-ties. Ensure daily operations align with productivity, quality, and efficiency standards. Coordinate with Regional Manager to implement system-wide policies and practices. Compliance & Quality Assurance Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and company policies. Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation and administrative processes. Support audits, reporting, and contract compliance obligations. Patient & Staff Experience Ensure patient concerns and staff issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner Monitor patient satisfaction and staff engagement, implementing improvements as needed. Support providers by reducing administrative burdens and ensuring clinic readiness. Reporting & Accountability Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient volume, staff productivity, and operational performance. Prepare reports and updates for the Regional Manager. Implement process improvements based on operational data and leadership feed-back. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or operational experience in a healthcare setting, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in EMR systems, scheduling, and basic billing/insurance processes preferred.
