In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional resident care, and foster a warm, welcoming environment for residents with diverse needs—including those requiring specialized Alzheimer's and dementia care. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold regulatory standards, and promote a vibrant community where residents thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about enhancing the quality of life for seniors through innovative management and compassionate care. Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of assisted living and memory care services, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs, including those with dementia or developmental disabilities. Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team. Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety, accuracy, and adherence to prescribed protocols. Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to support residents' health and well-being. Monitor budgetary expenses, manage financial records, and optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality resident care. Lead initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction by creating engaging activities and fostering a supportive community environment. Experience Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a strong background in senior care operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience supervising caregiving teams or healthcare staff in long-term or home & community care settings. Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia management, and developing effective care plans for residents with complex needs. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and regulatory compliance within assisted living or memory care facilities. Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in group home environments is highly desirable. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, billing processes, and operational costs. Excellent leadership skills combined with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining a compassionate approach to resident care.
