Job Description

Join Our Established Multi-Specialty Practice! Are you a customer service professional with dental office office experience looking to bring your energy, positivity and expertise to a thriving team? Our well-established multi-specialty practice is seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our office and ensure a seamless experience for our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, professional, and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth Schedule and confirm patient appointments in accordance with office protocols Register new patients and accurately verify and update patient information Enter and maintain patient data in compliance with privacy and HIPAA regulations Manage cancellations and fill no-show appointments as needed Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail Prior dental office experience strongly preferred Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis is a plus Must successfully pass a background check
Education Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with dental practice management software is a plus Strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures As an associate of the dental practice, we ask that all associates have these specific qualities Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build a rapport with both patients and team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills A commitment to excellent customer service Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues We value great customer service and a team player attitude.
