Full Job Description:
Encore is seeking an energetic Clinic Manager for our location in Clermont, FL, offering MRI and X-Ray imaging services. The Clinic Manager of Encore Imaging is responsible for addressing the day-to-day operating needs and related activities with efficiency and focus on customer service. In addition, the Clinic Manager will have oversight and accountability for year over year sales growth, inside sales training, profitability, teammate engagement & retention, patient satisfaction, compliance, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a good working relationship with technologists and staff. Partner with team and referring providers to continually improve operations and patient volume. Direct oversight of scheduling imaging staff. Interact with outside sales and marketing team and provide inside sales support and training for team members. Perform regular employee performance reviews and applying progressive discipline if needed. Respond/arrange for emergency coverage of technologists. Keep a log of all accreditation renewal requirements and assists with ensuring that all installations remain compliant with state and federal entities. Assist in the development and implementation of Policies & Procedures. Assist PACS administrator when needed. Monitor maintenance and repair of equipment when needed. Optimize schedule templates for Technologists, Front Desk Coordinators and Business Development Representatives. Inspire and motivate teammates to achieve operational objectives and provide outstanding patient care. Lead monthly operations reporting calls and weekly touch bases with President.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or healthcare-related field, preferred. Minimum of 3 years prior management experience required. Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt style for most effective results. Familiar with outpatient practice procedures, including EMR workflow experience. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in group and one on one settings. Results-orientated individual possessing a strong record of success. Resourceful approach to problem-solving, demonstrating critical thinking skills. Excellent project, time management skills. Advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment. Proven track record of operational success. Knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging operations Bilingual -
