The successful candidate will take the lead on MEP and Fire Life Safety (FLS) coordination across multiple concurrent hospitality projects , ensuring engineering systems are properly defined, integrated and construction-ready before projects move into procurement and delivery. The position would suit an experienced MEP engineering professional who has worked on large-scale hotels, resorts, cruise-related hospitality, mixed-use or similarly complex developments and is comfortable operating across multiple projects and international locations.

Review engineering deliverables and ensure technical comments and design issues are resolved ahead of key project stage gates. Support tender and procurement readiness by ensuring engineering packages are appropriately coordinated and complete. Undertake periodic site visits across the Caribbean to review alignment between approved design intent and project execution. Provide technical support during construction where required, including engineering RFIs and coordination issues.
