Director Surgical Services- Crystal RIver - ( 260003KL ) Description The Director of Surgical Services leads and oversees the strategic and operational functions of Tampa General Hospital's ambulatory surgical centers, including those operated in joint ventures with physicians and other partners. This role encompasses the leadership of surgical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective resource management. The Director will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to optimize surgical services, enhance patient safety, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
