We're looking for a motivated, dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator in Training. Work side-by-side with senior leaders, gain hands-on experience, and build the skills you need to lead in the healthcare industry.
What You'll Learn & Do:
Shadow and assist senior administrators managing daily operations Develop skills in personnel management—recruiting, training, evaluating, and more Get involved in budgeting, finance, and revenue forecasting Learn the ins and outs of regulatory compliance and healthcare laws Collaborate with management on strategic planning and organizational goals Take on special projects and administrative tasks to broaden your experience
Who Should Apply:
Candidates pursuing the 1,000-hour or 2,000-hour AIT program 1,000-hour applicants: Degree in Health Care Administration or related fields with required coursework 2,000-hour applicants: Bachelor's degree preferred, plus experience in skilled nursing or long-term care management Prior management and business development experience is a plus Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are a must Experience in operations, HR, accounting, marketing, and admissions is highly valued
