We are looking for an experienced dental front office professional who knows how to manage a provider schedule, convert new patient inquiries, fill cancellations, and take ownership of results. Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience is required. General receptionist, medical front desk, call center, or administrative experience alone does not qualify. What You'll Own Maintain full, productive provider schedules Fill cancellations and minimize schedule gaps Convert new patient inquiries into appointments Follow up with qualified leads within 24 hours Coordinate between patients, facilities, and the clinical team Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft Track scheduling and conversion performance Identify problems and take action without waiting to be told Requirements 1+ year dental front office experience required Hands-on dental scheduling experience Strong understanding of dental terminology Experience managing provider schedules Strong patient communication and phone skills Comfortable discussing treatment and scheduling Organized, proactive, and accountable Eaglesoft experience preferred but not required Who Will Succeed Here You are someone who sees a gap in the schedule and works to fill it. You follow up, solve problems, communicate clearly, and understand that a productive schedule directly impacts the success of the practice. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $22/hour or higher depending on experience , plus performance incentives tied to schedule productivity and new patient conversion.
