This is a hands-on leadership position combining patient flow coordination, therapeutic modalities, clinical support, and exceptional patient service . The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with patients, managing a busy treatment floor, and ensuring every patient receives their prescribed therapies efficiently and professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesTherapies & Patient Care Perform doctor-prescribed therapies and modalities Set up and administer Class IV Laser Therapy Set up and administer Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression Therapy Set up and administer Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) Properly position patients for therapies and ensure their comfort throughout treatment Explain therapy procedures and what patients can expect during their sessions Monitor patients throughout therapies and promptly communicate any concerns or changes to the doctor Follow established treatment protocols and safety procedures for all therapeutic equipment Accurately document completed therapies in patient records Clean, sanitize, and reset equipment and treatment areas between patients Ensure therapy rooms are fully prepared and ready for the next patient Patient Flow Coordination Coordinate patients throughout each stage of their visit, including chiropractic care, laser therapy, spinal decompression, and muscle stimulation Keep patients moving efficiently while maintaining a welcoming, unhurried patient experience Monitor the daily schedule and anticipate treatment-room and therapy needs Minimize unnecessary wait times and quickly address patient-flow bottlenecks Maintain constant communication with the chiropractor, front desk, and clinical team Ensure the doctor knows which patients are ready and where they are in their treatment sequence Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before they are needed Lead Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities Help oversee the daily operation of the clinical and therapy areas Train and support Chiropractic Assistants on patient flow, therapy procedures, equipment protocols, and office standards Ensure established procedures are followed consistently Help maintain accountability and efficiency among the clinical team Monitor therapy supplies and equipment needs Identify workflow issues and help develop solutions Support the chiropractor in maintaining an organized and efficient patient-care environment What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Experienced with therapeutic modalities — chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or similar experience is strongly preferred Comfortable with technology and equipment — including learning our specific protocols for Class IV laser, spinal decompression, and electrical muscle stimulation Patient-focused — able to make patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for Highly organized — capable of coordinating multiple patients, therapies, rooms, and priorities simultaneously A natural leader — willing to take ownership of the treatment floor and help guide other team members Proactive — able to recognize what needs to happen next without waiting for instructions Positive and energetic — comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Dependable and professional — someone our patients, doctors, and team can consistently count on Qualifications Previous Chiropractic Assistant experience strongly preferred Experience with Class IV Laser Therapy, Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, and/or Electrical Muscle Stimulation preferred Chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, medical, or wellness-office experience preferred Leadership or senior assistant experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and patient-service skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the office during the workday Ability to learn and consistently follow treatment protocols Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and office policies
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
