Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehab team. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based physical therapy while overseeing daily clinic operations, staff scheduling, and patient flow. You will mentor clinicians, support professional development, and ensure high-quality, patient-first care across orthopedic, sports, and workers' comp populations. Partner with a collaborative team to drive outcomes, manage clinic performance metrics, and foster a respectful, community-minded culture. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based physical therapy evaluation and treatment in an outpatient setting Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical documentation Manage clinic performance metrics, quality initiatives, and outcomes tracking Coordinate with referring providers, payers, and internal departments Support community outreach and patient engagement activities Promote CORA's patient-first, collaborative culture within the clinic Required Skills Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy Clinical evaluation and treatment planning Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Staff supervision and scheduling Clinic operations management Electronic medical records (EMR) use Quality and outcomes management Patient and caregiver education Insurance and billing coordination
