Job Overview:
Child Neurology Center of Northwest Florida is seeking a dynamic Practice Administrator to guide our independent pediatric neurology group in Gulf Breeze, FL. In this role, you will lead a dedicated clinical and administrative team, optimize our on-site EEG Lab, and maximize practice efficiency. If you offer 3 + years of ambulatory clinic management experience, have a strong accounting baseline knowledge, and thrive in a collaborative environment, apply today.
Duties:
Staff and Human Resources Management Financial and Billing Operations Regulatory Compliance Patient Care and Operations Qualifications Minimum Required :
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) form an accredited institution.
Preferred Majors :
Business Administration, Healthcare/Medical Management, or a closely related field. Certifications (Plus) : Certified Physician Practice Administrator (CPPM) or Certified Medical Practice Executive (CPME) designation.
Experience:
Management Tenure :
3+ years of progressive management experience in an outpatient medical practice or ambulatory clinic setting. Proven ability managing a medical office with 5+ active providers and 15 + supportive administrative/clinical personnel.
Skills:
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) software platforms. Strong foundational knowledge of general accounting practices and medical practice key performance indications (KPI's).
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
