POSITION OVERVIEW

The Beauty Sales/Patient Coordinator (PC) is a key member of the Sales & Client Experience Department. The PC is responsible for welcoming clients, conducting InBody assessments, preparing clients for NP consultations, and ensuring a premium client experience. The PC does NOT sell but directly influences overall sales performance by creating trust, structure, and readiness for purchasing programs.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

• Create trust and rapport with new clients.
• Ensure seamless and premium client flow.
• Prepare clients before NP consultations.
• Increase NP → Checkout conversion rates.
• Reduce time NP spends on non-medical tasks.
• Transfer clients properly to Closer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Welcome & Warm-Up:

• Greet clients warmly and professionally.
• Conduct a mini-interview (goals, expectations).
• Perform InBody analysis.
• Provide a brief introduction to AestheteMed services.
• Build emotional and informational readiness. Full time, weekends 1 day required, shift 10 hour base salary $18
• 20 per hour plus commission from sales

Pay:

$3,500.00

• $5,000.
