COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$300,000•$450,000 Executive-level compensation structure

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday schedule Predictable daytime executive hours ROLE Lead clinical quality and medical strategy initiatives Oversee medical policy development and implementation Advise executive leadership on healthcare operations and patient care initiatives Support culturally sensitive healthcare delivery and professional ethics Drive healthcare quality improvement efforts across organization
