Job Description
Clinical Lead Medical Assistant provides MA supervision, support, and training to ensure the practices are running smoothly. Must be a dependable, highly motivated, organized individual with problem solving skills and a positive attitude. Candidates need to possess the following:
- Professional demeanor and attitude.
- Must have a natural inclination to take initiative.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer savvy.
- Must be punctual and willing to go above and beyond.
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of and ability to perform skills within the scope of a Certified Medical Assistant.
- Builds and maintains relationships across teams at various locations.
- Engages staff and leads of the changes being implemented in the company.
- Performs, supervises, and trains with minimal oversight from supervisor.
- Excellent problem solver with high level communication skills.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant certificate program from an approved school Certification as a Medical Assistant.
- Must have at least three years' experience working in dermatology.
- Expert in EMA®.
