EMIA Enterprise is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to oversee and strengthen the day-to-day operations of our multi-location healthcare organization. This is a senior operational leadership position responsible for ensuring that our clinical locations operate consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and applicable healthcare standards. The Director of Clinical Operations will provide leadership and accountability to clinic management, improve workflows and operational systems, monitor performance, and ensure consistent execution across locations. This is not a remote position. Regular travel between our Homestead, Hialeah, and Tallahassee locations is an essential requirement of the position. The Director will be expected to periodically work onsite at each location. Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership and oversight across multiple clinical locations. Lead, coach, and hold clinic managers accountable for performance and execution. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, workflows, and clinical-operational standards across all locations. Monitor clinic performance, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, productivity, and operational KPIs. Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and patient experience. Standardize processes across locations and reduce unnecessary variation in operations. Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, chiropractors, clinical staff, and administrative leadership. Ensure appropriate staffing levels and assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management. Conduct regular onsite visits and operational reviews at each location. Partner with executive leadership to establish performance goals and execute organizational initiatives. Assist with compliance, documentation, quality-assurance, and risk-management initiatives. Develop management systems that create clear accountability and measurable results. Lead continuous-improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Multi-Location Travel Requirement This position supports clinical operations throughout Florida and requires regular travel between company locations, including Homestead, Hialeah, and Tallahassee . The successful candidate must be comfortable traveling regularly and working onsite at each location as operational needs require . Qualifications 5+ years of healthcare operations experience , preferably within a multi-location medical practice, outpatient healthcare organization, physician group, rehabilitation organization, or similar environment. Demonstrated experience managing multiple locations, clinic managers, or healthcare departments . Strong understanding of medical-practice operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, compliance, and performance management. Proven ability to build systems, establish accountability, and improve underperforming operations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both clinical providers and administrative personnel. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience developing and monitoring operational KPIs and performance dashboards. Ability and willingness to travel regularly between company locations. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred. Master's degree, MHA, MBA, or similar advanced degree is a plus. What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on healthcare operations leader , not simply an administrator.
