Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager Physical Therapist to lead operations and deliver high-quality outpatient rehab care. You will oversee daily clinic workflow, supervise and mentor therapists and support staff, and ensure evidence-based physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Responsibilities include managing schedules, driving excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction, collaborating with referring providers, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting community outreach. You'll promote CORA's patient-first, team-oriented culture while advancing clinical excellence and continuous professional development. Responsibilities Lead daily clinic operations and workflow for outpatient rehab services Provide direct patient care, including evaluation and individualized treatment planning Supervise, coach, and mentor therapists and support staff Ensure evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, and high patient satisfaction Manage clinic schedules, productivity, and key performance metrics Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and referral sources Support community outreach and growth of clinic referral base Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliance with regulations Promote a patient-first, collaborative culture aligned with CORA values Required Skills Outpatient physical therapy Orthopedic rehabilitation Sports medicine treatment Workers' compensation rehab Clinical operations management Staff supervision and mentoring Patient evaluation and care planning EMR documentation Outcome measurement and quality improvement Interdisciplinary care coordination
