The regular schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM , with Tuesday as our late day from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM . The schedule may fluctuate, and the candidate must be flexible and willing to stay late when needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a medical office required Experience in the cosmetic field preferred Excellent computer skills High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Excellent team player Responsibilities include: Answering and directing phone calls Verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations Checking patients in and out Assisting with patient coordination and scheduling Managing multiple tasks efficiently Experience with insurance billing is a plus Providing excellent customer service to patients Join our team to deliver outstanding patient care while supporting the efficient operation of our practice through your expertise in medical administration and exceptional customer service skills!
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
