Job Summary The Lead Patient Representative Coordinator oversees a team of Patient Representative Coordinators, ensuring exceptional patient experiences through effective communication, issue resolution, and coordination between patients and healthcare providers. This role focuses on team leadership, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and support Patient Representative Coordinators. Manage patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance satisfaction. Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and departments. Conduct team meetings, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor quality standards and implement improvement initiatives. Ensure accurate and confidential management of patient information. Promote patient engagement tools, including the My Sanitas App and Patient Portal. Lead efforts related to patient reviews and social media feedback. Track front desk performance, including PRCs and greeters. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Experience 2+ years of experience in a patient representative, customer service, or healthcare-related role. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
