Under the direction of our board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, we also provide services to adolescents who require mental health treatment. Lakeland, FL Position Summary Summary:
Supervises and coordinates the operations of Hospital-Based Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, such as the Intensive Outpatient Program and/or Partial Hospitalization Program. He/she shares responsibility for all patient care, treatment program planning, and team functions. Interprets the philosophy, objectives, and policies, accomplished by creative problem solving, critical thinking, strategic planning, team development, and leadership to ensure the deliver of safe, quality care in a fiscally sound manner. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Standard Work:
Program Supervisor Hospital•Based Outpatient Behavioral Health Overall responsibility for the daily operations of the service programs, including administration, direct clinical services, and transportation. Displays good working knowledge of the strategic goals of the Harrell Family Center for Behavioral Wellness and works to meet these goals. Collaborate with the Medical Director and the Director of Behavioral Health Provider Practices and Operations to define the Hospital-Based Outpatient Behavioral Health service line's philosophy, goals, and objectives Assist in policy and procedure development for intake, assessment, treatment program, treatment planning, charge capture, discharge planning, and maintenance of the therapeutic environment Ensures that the program meets all local, state, and federal standards, with an emphasis on Medicare regulations. Monitors the in-service training program of the Hospital-Based Behavioral Health Program. Responsible for the overall quality and delivery of patient care for the program. Ensures that the program staff accurately records reimbursable services in a timely manner. Maintains and ensures patient confidentiality at all times Assist with the development and maintenance of referral relationships with external providers Supervisor/Team Lead Capabilities Demonstrates accountability for shift/team operations and care/service delivery to support achievement of organizational priorities. Coaches front line team members to support ongoing professional development and hardwire technical and professional capabilities. Creates a high performing team by building strong relationships, delegating work and nurturing commitment and engagement. Manages team conflict/issues implementing appropriate corrective actions, improvement plans and regular performance evaluations. Applies change management best practices and standard work to support departmental changes and ensure effective team transition. Promotes a healthy and safe culture to advance system, team and service experience.

Master's or higher degree in: Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a similar degree Other information:
Experience Essential:
After obtaining a clinical license: at least three to five years of experience providing services in, or supervising and/or managing an outpatient behavioral treatment program
Experience Preferred:
One or more years using
Cerner Certification Essential:
Must pass Level 2 FDLE background screening.
Licenses Essential:
LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
