Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification Full Job Description Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview:
Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, focusing on personalized, compassionate treatment to support recovery and celebrate patient progress. Foster a collaborative environment utilizing advanced technology and ensuring seamless treatment implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support therapy operations and team management Deliver patient-centered care tailored to individual needs Build meaningful patient relationships and track progress Assist with staff training and departmental communication Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications & Skills:
Current state licensure or certification CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days) Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice
Preferred:
Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications
