Director of Perioperative Services, Leesburg

In addition, the hospital provides world-class orthopedics, minimally invasive robotic surgery, life-saving emergency care, stroke treatment, labor & delivery, and a wide range of other services. Leesburg Hospital is seeking a Director of Perioperative services, they will coordinate and evaluate the quality of nursing/patient care, financial stability, and service productivity. The Nursing Director is responsible for the professional development and morale of the service teams and has a close working relationship with the general management team and the medical staff to effectively meet system goals, organizational goals and all pillars relating to the departments he/she oversees. Qualifications Education Master's degree required. Licensure/Certification/Registration Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required. ACLS, BLS, and CNOR certifications preferred. Specialty certification(s) required within one year of assuming the position, as applicable. Special Skills/Qualifications Maintains and exceeds all specialty-specific educational requirements. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience as a Director of Surgical Services.

Qualifications:
