Job Description

Overview Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Referral/Care Coordinator for a top healthcare services client. This individual will support medical management and referral coordination by ensuring patients are efficiently scheduled for specialty care, authorizations are properly obtained, and all referral documentation is accurately maintained. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Day-to-Day:
Coordinate and process all patient referrals for specialty services Obtain and manage referral authorizations per protocol • Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and referral status Enter referral, hospital, outpatient, and DME authorizations into the system Track outstanding referral reports and follow up as needed • Receive consultant reports and route documentation to physicians Coordinate pre-admission testing with clinic staff and patients Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA standards
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED Strong customer service and professional communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Reliable, punctual attendance Bilingual in English/Spanish required
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
