You Will:

Supervise laboratory non-technical personnel and daily operations Supervise personnel, processes, service levels, and regulatory compliance . Functional areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to specimen collection, specimen processing and specimen referral testing. Performs non-technical duties in areas of responsibility as required . Be responsible for achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, personnel management, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra an d inter-departmental activities Screens, interviews and selects qualified individuals for open positions within the department Reviews and approves payroll time sheets, purchasing requisitions, check requests, and scheduling requests Completes and conducts performance evaluations for all staff under direct supervision

You Should Have:

H.S.
