Job Description

The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing evidenced based mental health therapy and timely submission of required clinical documentation (treatment plans and clinical note).
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE SKILLS & ABILITIES
The primary responsibilities include providing individual therapy along with standard notation for the client's clinical care. Contracted Clinical Therapists are only expected to provide high standard clinical care while the office staff manages all other aspects of your caseload. The office will recruit you clients, build and manage your caseload, manage your schedule, complete intake screenings, and complete all billing requirements. We want your focus to be on successful care of your clients without any administrative worries.
Requirements:
Current, unrestricted license - LCSW, LPC (or PLPC), LMFT (or PLMFT), etc.. Prior experience as a clinician, providing therapy services Ability to positively interact and develop rapport with patients and their families, professional support staff, and team members. Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally. High energy with engaging personality and strong people skills. Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings. Ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize workload. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide clinical services via individual, group and family therapy. Conduct assessments and evaluations based on the model/treatment criteria. Write and submit clinical diagnostic impression, treatment plans, and clinical notes. Document patient notes, interventions, phone calls, and overall patient data, including Symptom Monitoring.
