Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Sales Coordinator Ivanov Orthodontics is a modern, fast-growing, 5-star orthodontic practice focused on creating beautiful smiles and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a friendly, polished, dependable, and proactive Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates with confidence, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service every day. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales experience who is comfortable building trust, explaining value, discussing payment options, and helping patients and families move forward with treatment. Orthodontic, dental, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. Candidates with experience in jewelry sales, luxury retail, hospitality, med spas, wellness centers, Massage Envy, membership sales, beauty services, or other client-focused sales environments may be an excellent fit.
