This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and maintaining clinical excellence within our organization. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and compliant environment. This paid position offers an opportunity to influence clinical practices directly and support the professional growth of staff. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards. Lead daily clinical operations, including overseeing case management, treatment planning, and service delivery. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes. Prior experience in developing or implementing clinical protocols is preferred.
