This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and maintaining clinical excellence within our organization. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and compliant environment. This paid position offers an opportunity to influence clinical practices directly and support the professional growth of staff. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards. Lead daily clinical operations, including overseeing case management, treatment planning, and service delivery. Support the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols. Facilitate ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development for staff. Monitor clinical outcomes and quality assurance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care effectively. Experience Proven experience in a clinical setting with a strong background in Primary care, Wound care, or related fields. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising or managing clinical teams. Knowledge of current best practices in clinical supervision and team leadership. Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and support staff effectively. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes. Prior experience in developing or implementing clinical protocols is preferred. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
