Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager in Healthcare Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure. You will be working on a variety of healthcare projects, including ground-up construction, healthcare renovation, and commercial projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading project planning sessions and coordinating staff and internal resources. 2. Managing project progress and adapt work as required. 3. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. 4. Conducting risk assessments and managing issues as they arise. 5. Working closely with stakeholders and maintaining open lines of communication. 6. Ensuring projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget. 7. Ensuring compliance with AHCA regulations and other relevant healthcare construction standards.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare construction industry. 2. Proven experience as a Healthcare Project Manager, AHCA, Sr. Healthcare Project Manager, Hospital Construction, Ground up Construction, Healthcare Renovation, Renovation, and Commercial Projects. 3. Strong knowledge of the healthcare construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies. 4. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
