Job Description
RN Clinical Manager Longleaf Surgery Center in New Port Richey, FL is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to join our team. Job Summary The RN Clinical Manager provides leadership and oversight of daily clinical and nursing operations within the surgery center. This role ensures safe, high-quality patient care while supporting efficient operations, regulatory compliance, physician satisfaction, and an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate nursing and clinical staff and daily patient care activities. Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards. Oversee staffing, scheduling, staff education, competency, and performance. Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to promote efficient patient flow. Monitor quality, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives. Support regulatory surveys, policy development, and quality improvement activities. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Current Florida RN license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Previous perioperative, ambulatory surgery, or acute-care experience required. Clinical leadership or management experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Current BLS required;
