Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead operations in our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you'll balance hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, overseeing staff, scheduling, and clinic performance. You will deliver evidence-based physical therapy, mentor clinicians, and ensure exceptional patient experiences. Working in a collaborative, patient-first culture, you'll coordinate with referring providers, uphold regulatory and documentation standards, and drive quality, growth, and community outreach in a supportive environment focused on professional development. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the outpatient clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care Provide direct physical therapy evaluation and treatment using evidence-based practices Supervise, mentor, and schedule clinical and support staff Manage clinic scheduling, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians, payers, and community partners to coordinate care Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements Support staff training, development, and continuing education initiatives Promote a patient-first, team-oriented culture within the clinic Participate in marketing and community outreach to grow the clinic's patient base Required Skills Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy Patient evaluation and treatment planning Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education Clinical documentation and EMR systems Clinic operations management Staff supervision and mentoring Scheduling and productivity management Quality and regulatory compliance Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
