7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday What You Will Do Lead the
Front Desk Team:
Set the standard for professionalism, communication, punctuality, and patient experience
Manage Complex Scheduling:
Oversee and coordinate 9 schedules, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and appropriate patient placement Own the
Patient Experience:
Ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from check-in to check-out
Coordinate Care:
Guide follow-ups, post-op instructions, and patient callbacks with attention to detail
Communicate Effectively:
Serve as the bridge between patients, referring providers, and clinical staff Problem Solve in
Real Time:
Anticipate issues, adjust schedules, and keep clinic flow moving
Train & Support Staff:
Mentor team members and help standardize processes across the front desk
Maintain Accuracy:
Collect demographics, verify insurance, and process payments correctly
Utilize Technology:
Navigate EMR systems efficiently (Athena experience a plus) Basic Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proven scheduling experience (multi-provider scheduling preferred) Excellent customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to stay composed under pressure Comfortable with computers and EMR systems Natural leadership mindset with a team-first attitude High school diploma or equivalent Preferred The qualified professional we seek would have experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting.
