We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and provide ongoing support and training to clients, families, and caregivers
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective communication
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in the field of behavior analysis

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• In-depth knowledge of behavioral health principles, techniques, and interventions
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
• Strong understanding of data collection methods and analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
