DENTAL CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGER

needed for dental clinic in Pompano Beach, FL.

Duties:

Plan, direct, and coordinate the operational activities of a dental clinic to ensure efficient administrative and support services; develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to improve performance and patient service delivery; oversee daily administrative functions including scheduling, billing, and records management; coordinate activities across clinical and administrative teams; monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control; ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards; supervise and train staff; implement quality control and process improvements; manage procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies; prepare reports and operational documentation. Requires Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field, plus 36 months of experience in operations management, clinic administration, or healthcare/dental practice management.
