Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote our dental services and enhance our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, enabling them to craft compelling content while leveraging data to drive decision-making. Additionally, they should have the skills and experience to curate high-quality content for all our social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient growth and engagement. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization. Work closely with the Doctor to align marketing efforts with business objectives and practice vision. Utilize copywriting skills to produce high-quality marketing materials that resonate with target audiences. Manage advertising initiatives across multiple platforms, including online advertising and print advertising. Oversee marketing automation processes to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dental marketing. Oversee the office's online presence and reputation management, ensuring positive patient reviews and interactions. Coordinate community outreach programs, partnerships, and events to enhance brand visibility. Monitor and manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with our audience. Curate and produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to increase engagement and reach. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, preferably in the dental, medical or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO strategies. Familiarity with HTML for basic website updates and email campaigns is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Experience with content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Knowledge of advertising sales techniques and market positioning strategies. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software. Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling campaigns and content. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
