Front Desk Patient Coordinator-Aesthetic Medical Practice

About Us Tampa Bay Total Wellness is a growing concierge-style wellness and longevity practice focused on helping patients feel and look their best through functional medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, aesthetics, and preventative wellness care. We are looking for an energetic, personable, and highly organized Front Desk Patient Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. This is more than a receptionist role, you are the first impression of our practice and a key part of creating an exceptional patient experience.
