About Us At Sapphire Dental Studio, we believe a dental visit should be a seamless, high-end experience. We are a patient-focused, boutique practice dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care in a warm, sophisticated, and beautifully designed environment. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and poised Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and be the face of our practice. Position Overview As our Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires a unique blend of sharp administrative skills and five-star hospitality. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a highly polished professional presentation, and a passion for delivering a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities Patient Hospitality:
Greet patients warmly, handle check-ins/check-outs, and answer phone calls with a professional, friendly, and poised demeanor.
Schedule Concierge:
Meticulously manage the appointment book to optimize production while ensuring a smooth, unhurried patient flow.
Patient Accounts & Billing:
Verify dental insurance benefits, submit claims accurately, and collect copays/deductibles at the time of service.
Practice Presentation:
Maintain the pristine presentation of the reception lounge and front office area, ensuring it always reflects our high-end brand.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate digital patient records, respond to client emails with exceptional professionalism, and follow up on outstanding treatment plans.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Experience in a dental office, and premium customer service roles is required. Prior experience with dental claims processing and presenting clinical treatment plans is required to ensure our patients receive a seamless experience from check-in to checkout.
Professional Presentation:
A highly polished, professional image and demeanor that aligns with a high-end service environment.
Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and a basic understanding of dental terminology and insurance billing.
Software:
Experience with dental practice management software (Curve Dental) is a major plus, though we are willing to train the right personality.
