Job Description

Veterinary Healthcare Associates (VHA) is seeking a General Practice Clinical Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership, team development, and daily operational oversight for our General Practice team. This position is best suited for a strong clinical leader who enjoys supporting the team on the floor, coaching and developing staff, improving workflow, and helping create an exceptional experience for patients, clients, and team members alike. About VHA Veterinary Healthcare Associates is a premier campus for people and pets in the heart of Central Florida. On our 10-acre campus, we offer General Practice, Specialty Referral, and 24/7 Emergency Care all in one location. What You'll Do Supervise and support General Practice veterinary technicians, assistants, boarding team members, and designated support staff Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development Support daily workflow, staffing coordination, and patient flow Reinforce SOPs, safety standards, and clinical best practices Help create a positive, accountable, and team-centered culture Collaborate with hospital leadership and cross-department teams Step in to provide hands-on clinical support as needed Use data, technology, and operational insights to improve efficiency and outcomes Qualifications 5+ years of veterinary experience required CVT, LVT, or RVT required Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong technical and clinical skills Passion for mentoring, coaching, and team development Calm, organized, and effective in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Join VHA At VHA, we are committed to supporting both professional growth and personal well-being.
