Job Description

Job Summary Are you looking to take the next step in your BCBA career? Atlantic Care Services is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team and take the next step in their career by leading our clinical program. We are looking for someone that is committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote meaningful progress. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation, ensuring ethical and effective service delivery in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise behavioral interventions for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, record, and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers, educators, and team members on behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with medical professionals during intake processes and coordinate care plans that integrate behavioral health with medical considerations. Conduct regular supervision sessions for behavior technicians or junior staff to ensure fidelity of interventions. Educate families about applied behavior analysis principles and promote consistent implementation across settings. Ensure all services adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and relevant legal standards.
