Description We are seeking a sales-driven, patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator who thrives on building relationships, inspiring confidence, and helping patients commit to life-changing treatment plans. This role blends patient care with sales growth, requiring an energetic professional who is passionate about connecting with people and supporting our clinic's mission. The Patient Care Coordinator is the key link between providers and patients.

You will:

Guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring clarity and confidence in their care plans. Use strong communication and relationship-building skills to encourage patient commitment and treatment compliance. Drive revenue growth by meeting enrollment and treatment plan goals. Support patient outreach and clinic visibility through social media engagement, content creation, and leveraging your professional network. This position is ideal for someone who not only excels at patient care but also has the entrepreneurial mindset to help grow our practice through sales and community engagement. This position will be based in our Winter Garden office. Must be able to travel as requested for training and be available for varied hours between 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (preferred in health sciences, exercise science, nutrition, or a related field). Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to influence and close. Strong ability to build and maintain patient trust and long-term relationships. Demonstrated social media presence and content creation experience. Established network within health, wellness, or related industries a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Electronic Medical Records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Ability to learn and use medical terminology effectively.

M-Th 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, F 7:30 AM - 4:00
