Job Description
At Southland Children's Dentistry, we pride ourselves on creating a fun, caring, and welcoming environment for kids and families. We're looking for an enthusiastic Patient Coordinator to join our team and help make every child's dental visit a positive experience. Job Responsibilities Greet and check in patients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, upbeat manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency Verify insurance benefits and assist families with insurance-related questions Collect and enter patient information into the practice management system Communicate effectively with the dental team to maintain smooth daily operations Support families with any questions or needs to ensure a stress-free visit Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Must enjoy working with children and families Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and organized with a genuine love for working with children.
