The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional support within our clinic environment. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and therapists. Duties Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers. Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history. Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Assist in the preparation of treatment plans and follow-up care instructions. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Educate patients on procedures, policies, and office protocols to enhance their experience. Requirements Previous experience in a pediatric private practice setting is preferred. Familiarity with pediatric therapy terminology is helpful for effective communication. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members. Proficient in using office software applications for scheduling and record management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
