Job Description Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Support budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and scheduling efforts. Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met. Participate in project meetings and maintain strong client communication. Assist with project closeout and punch list activities. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in an Assistant Project Manager role. Proven experience with ground-up hospitality construction projects . Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project controls. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is preferred.
