Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today. Responsibilities The Manager of ICU has the primary responsibility for overseeing daily patient care operations for assigned areas. Required to frequently apply a set of management principles to a specialized discipline. Must be capable of independent judgment and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services and administrative or professional programs. Has twenty-four (24) hour accountability for assigned areas. Qualifications
REQUIRED
1. B.S. degree in Nursing and a minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 2. Good written and oral communication skills.
PREFERRED
1. Master's degree in Nursing. 2. Two (2) years clinical experience in specialty area.
Work Hours:
7AM-3PM
