Position Summary:

Galerie Living is seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Clinical Specialist to oversee the clinical operations across a portfolio of senior living communities. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, clinical quality outcomes, and the development of community-level nursing leaders. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative spirit, high standards, and a strong understanding of the clinical and operational dynamics within senior living.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to Directors of Nursing and wellness teams across assigned communities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies, procedures, and clinical standards. Monitor quality indicators and proactively address areas of risk through performance improvement plans and audits. Partner with operations, sales, and other departments to support community success through clinical excellence. Lead infection control initiatives, medication management programs, and incident review processes. Oversee clinical staff training, development, and retention strategies in collaboration with community leadership and HR. Facilitate the successful onboarding of new Health and Wellness Directors and assist with interim leadership when necessary. Serve as a liaison with healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and resident families as needed. Analyze clinical and occupancy metrics to inform strategic planning and improve care delivery models.

Qualifications:

Current LPN license. Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior living, long-term care, or assisted living settings. At least 3 years in a multi-site or regional clinical leadership role. Strong understanding of state licensing requirements and survey processes. Proven leadership skills in mentoring and developing clinical staff. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel regularly within Georgia.
