You'll help us set the clinical standard, build the team, and shape what this clinic becomes.

Salary & Benefits:

$105-110k per year plus bonus opportunities Full-time on site, designated remote-work days quarterly Health/dental/vision 401k + company match PTO & paid holidays CEU stipend Career growth opportunities What you'll do: Work collaboratively with our QA team to oversee all clinical programming, treatment plans, BIPs, progress monitoring across your designated clinic/region Supervise a dynamic team of BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff Lead case reviews, deliver performance evaluations, mentor clinicians Drive growth, partner with intake, build community relationships Tapering billable caseload that decreases as the clinic/region grows What we're looking for: Active BCBA credential in good standing Current Georgia LBA 5+ years of clinic ABA experience with a pediatric population 2+ years in supervisory or clinical leadership roles Extensive experience with FBAs, BIP development, treatment planning Familiarity with CentralReach Working knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance Why this role?
