This role ensures compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation , state and federal regulations, and organizational policies while driving quality outcomes, team engagement, and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for hospice operations and daily agency functions Ensure full compliance with Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation , state regulations, and accrediting standards Oversee Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement ( QAPI ), utilization review, and survey readiness Lead and support the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) and promote collaboration across all hospice disciplines Recruit, hire, develop, and retain qualified clinical and administrative staff Manage budgets, financial performance, and census goals Ensure high quality, patient and family centered hospice care delivery Serve as liaison with the Governing Body, community partners, and regulatory agencies Promote a positive, mission driven culture aligned with hospice values Qualifications Required bachelor's degree in healthcare, human services, administration, or related field Minimum two (2) years of hospice management or leadership experience Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare compliance, and survey processes Current professional license, as applicable Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance
