Primary Therapist Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards. Provide direct therapy to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring. Supervise, mentor, and train therapists and other clinical staff. Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with families, schools, and other care providers to support client outcomes. Primary Therapist Qualifications:
