Essential Requirements Unencumbered NP (Adult/Geriatric/Family), or PA license Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to independently manage clinical judgment and documentation Ability to lift 50 lbs and work onsite with patients Availability by phone during working hours Attendance at required meetings and annual corporate conferences Possible telehealth responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Wound care experience (not required) 2+ years of provider experience (new grads welcome!)
